Shipping & Returns
Our store provides a possibility to refund your money within 10 days, (except digital downloads) if due to some reason, your are not satisfied with your purchase. This offer is valid within 10 days only from the date when you received the purchased good and informed us we shell refund the money, but we should receive the purchased good in its original condition after we've received the item undamaged. There is no refund on digital products. When you download a digital product and you loose it please send us an e-mail and we will send it to you free of charge of course.There is no refund on CD's, however if it is damaged when you receive it and you let us know withing 3 days after you purchased it, the CD will be replaced.
